My teenage son helped strim some of the garden this evening and the battery died – and then I discovered this poor ladybird.

  1. Aww! So sad! I always feel bad… We had a black snake get caught in some netting and die. I felt just awful about it.

  3. If it makes you feel better, they don’t need their outer wing to fly. It just helps protect them. So maybe she has some good days left?
