I cheated and bought a Pirate craft tub but am sure this could be made out of any manner of things &#8211; including some cardboard off a cereal box.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>How To Make A Pirate Sword<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Take 2 pieces of newspaper and put them on top of each other<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/cutlass.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"cutlass\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/cutlass.jpg?resize=224%2C300\" width=\"224\" height=\"300\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fold over one of the corners.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/makeacutlass.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"makeacutlass\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/makeacutlass.jpg?resize=300%2C224\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">From that corner start rolling on the diagonal until it&#8217;s rolled all the way across the paper.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/rollcutlass.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"rollcutlass\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/rollcutlass.jpg?resize=300%2C186\" width=\"300\" height=\"186\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sellotape it closed and then bend it at the end into an L shape.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/homemadecutlass.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"homemadecutlass\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/homemadecutlass.jpg?resize=224%2C300\" width=\"224\" height=\"300\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bend it over for the hook of the handle and sellotape it down.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/piratecutlass.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"piratecutlass\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/piratecutlass.jpg?resize=300%2C92\" width=\"300\" height=\"92\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Out of cardboard cut out an oval (as you can see I&#8217;m not the best at shapes but it didn&#8217;t matter) with a hole cut in the middle, and a rectangle.
