We could have done a multicoloured one but I wanted to keep it simple.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/elephant.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"materials\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/materials.jpg?resize=300%2C224\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The materials are simply a toilet roll holder (TRH), some paint, paper, googly eyes, glue\/sellotape, and a thick pipe cleaner type thing (or a straw or anything else trunk like).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/finemotorskills.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"finemotorskills\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/finemotorskills.jpg?resize=224%2C300\" width=\"224\" height=\"300\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We started with painting the TRH and a piece of paper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This was a great opportunity to practise fine motor skills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/painttasting.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"painttasting\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/painttasting.jpg?resize=216%2C300\" width=\"216\" height=\"300\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Of course he painted his hands (as per) but this time he decided to do his tongue too (I cleaned him up before this photo!)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/trunk.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"trunk\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/trunk.jpg?resize=300%2C259\" width=\"300\" height=\"259\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Once dried attached the trunk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/puttingeyeson.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"puttingeyeson\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/puttingeyeson.jpg?resize=224%2C300\" width=\"224\" height=\"300\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">and some eyes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/elephanteyes.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"elephanteyes\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/elephanteyes.jpg?resize=300%2C209\" width=\"300\" height=\"209\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Then cut out some &#8220;ear shapes&#8221; from the painted paper.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/elephant.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-&lt;a href=\" alt=\"elephant\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/elephant.jpg?resize=300%2C283\" width=\"300\" height=\"283\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Again attaching with sellotape<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/boyandelephant.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"boyandelephant\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pinkoddy.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/boyandelephant.jpg?resize=300%2C237\" width=\"300\" height=\"237\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">He flew the elephant around, like on Dumbo.
