£15 Sun Holiday Codes April 2014

Starting on Saturday 26th April 2014 the Sun holiday codes begin once again. This time it is the turn of the £15 Sun Holidays to cover the summer season. With school fines affordable holidays are becoming more and more difficult. A quick look at my term dates shows that I could book a £15 Sun Summer holiday starting on Monday 21st July 2014 without missing any days off (our school has inset) or August 22nd, 25th and 29th. Other than that I may look at booking a weekend and just going after school Friday and coming back Sunday. Or maybe you fancy just risking the wrath of the school fines?

There are 280parks to pick from in the UK and abroad. You just need the 8 code words and your priority booking reference number. From Friday May 2nd 2014 you can book online at ukholidaysinthesun.co.uk. A £2.25 credit/debit card charge will be made. Please check your e-mail as the holiday operator may correspond that way – especially if there are any additional costs to pay.

You need to pick four parks and four dates. If you tick any park in any area then you will pay no more than £3.75 per unit per night Service charge and the entertainment passes will be no more than £4 per person per break. You can upgrade your accommodation or upgrade to half board on selected parks. Holidays in Europe can be up to 1 week, there’s the option to get a cheap ferry – and the hassle of insurance is also sorted with a tick box option.

The Sun Holiday does come with a ‘Best Price Guarantee’ – that is that the price of the Sun Holiday (with service charge & entertainment/clubroom passes added) will be the best price for exactly the same holiday (location/date/accommodation type), when a maximum of 4 people are sharing with no optional extras. If, in these circumstances, within 28 days of making the Sun booking they will refund the difference plus £10. I think that it is unfortunate that they are only are really offering this to families of 4, and the same applies with the Ferry, as the promotional codes that are sent do not match the requirements of our vehicle.
