Autism and ADHD
Recently I have been diagnosed as Autistic and with both types of ADHD. This was following a private diagnosis. Since having the combined type along with being autistic things just made so much sense.
Plus, there is also a secondary blog covering these topics in addition to this one. Some of the original posts are here too.
By no means am I an expert but I do like to try and help where I can so please do get in touch if you think I may be able to assist. Our oldest son has a diagnosis of Asperger’s syndrome and the youngest has an EHCP (which was originallly a statment that we applied for ourselves).

We try to do parkrun as much as we can. My current special interest.
Other than that I am a cold water swimmer; work in hospitality; I’m a volunteer; like simple cooking ideas and love LEGO. My family are really important to me.
