excellent photo.
“poor” as in “dead”…i hope not.
they are such helpful critters.
Not it was still alive but looked so painful with half it’s shell cut off :O(
So sad – but a fascinating shot none-the-less
I can’t see an image… do you? Let me know .. I’ll be back!
yes. Did you try a refresh?
Oh, strange, there it is… excellent macro… rich colors! Thank you for sharing on Weekly Top Shot #33!
Beautiful macro, I think you get more beautiful than reality. Greetings.

Looks like a narrow escape!. Nice pic
Oh dear! Poor thing!

Beautiful close up.

How perfect, love the editing and frame too
Thank you 🙂
Aww! So sad! I always feel bad… We had a black snake get caught in some netting and die. I felt just awful about it.
Oh…poor thing, but an amazing photo!
Wow! That’s an awesome photo! Although I feel sorry of the poor ladybird 🙁
Such an amazing shot..
Aw bless! My lot are obsessed with ladybirds, which is a good thing as we seem to have a family of them living in our kitchen!
Poor lady bird but a great picture
I have to agree with the others….poor ladybird but excellent shot 🙂
It is still a fantastic photo!
Oh the poor thing, hope it manages to survive. Amazing macro shot though
Nice shot of the unfortunate little ladybug.
ooohhh thats a bit of a sad picture but very good x
they are such fragile little things!
It is an amazing piece of art as photography is I would say. Even small critters feel the pain and happiness I guess? .. But your shot is wonderful, thanks for showing
If it makes you feel better, they don’t need their outer wing to fly. It just helps protect them. So maybe she has some good days left?
Ah thank you, yes does make me feel better
Poor ladybug!
The side where the wing hasn’t been strimmed off does have spots still.
I thought ladybirds had dots? in any event — I hope she got away….
Oooooh. Not good. Great photo though!
