What is the Health Hop
The Health Hop is exactly as it sounds – link up your Health related posts and go visit some others – simple.
Health covers such a multitude of areas such as (but not limited to):
- Mental Health
- Surviving
- Depression
- Special Needs
- Diet
- Motivation
- Medical
- Cancer
- Breast feeding
- Women’s Issues
- Self Improvement
- Exercise/Being Active
- Child Health
- Skin care
- Giving up alcohol/smoking
Those of you familiar with Motivational Monday this is a rebranding – giving the linky some clarity.
Please be aware that this is NOT comment ring. It is a place to add your health posts in the hope that others may benefit from them, or that you may find support. There is NO requirement that you HAVE to comment on other people’s posts – there are plenty of other linkys out there if this is what you are after.
People with Mental Health issues/Special needs/Depression/Breastfeeding may find it difficult to post in the first place, never mind finding time to comment on other people’s blog posts. I also believe that people who read these kinds of posts may not have time/know what to say/feel the need to say anything but still benefit from them.
The linky will open each Monday for old posts and new, as many posts as you like – but please only add them once (not the same posts every week).
Many thanks
Joy

This is a great idea, Joy, particularly the point you make about comments: I think that’s very sensible.
By the way, many congratulations on making the Bibs final x
Thank you – and congratulations to making it to the BiBs Final too 🙂
What a wonderful idea, I look forward to joining in and linking up.
Thank you – look forward to reading.
brilliant – I have been hosting some parents stories of their childs ddh journey for non bloggers. I would love for them to be widely read and realise that their words make a difference in raising awareness.
oh nice one! don’t write many health posts but when i do i will be linking them up! can we do old ones?
Thank you – and yes old is fine.
What a great idea… and yes, congrats on making the BiBs finals, look forward to seeing you there! Emma 🙂 x
Thank you, look forward to seeing you too – and congratulations on also being a BiBs Finalist.
I think it’s so good you are rebranding! You can tell what the link is straight away just from the name, and it’s lovely you don’t expect comments etc because I guess with these type of posts it can be hard to comment. I know that sometimes if I see certain posts I can barely read all the way through let alone comment because it brings up too many things.
I’m just about to embark on a weight loss journey (for the millionth time) and would love to link up diet/exercise/weight loss posts if that’s ok with you? As long as I remember! 🙂
xx
Thank you Charlotte – good luck with your weight loss, hope you remember to pop by. I tried the ab challenge today and didn’t realise how unfit I am!
Great idea Joy, and I love that you are so clear about what is and isn’t expected. Wish every linky owner would do the same! x
Thank you hun x
What a fantastic idea, I hope you do not mind me linking up my 30 Day Detox journey? Will let Beth at MusingHousewife know too as she has struggled with breastfeeding and has written about it on her blog too. xx
Oh yes please do it will remind me to keep up and support you. I will go look for Beth, thank you.
What a great idea, I think I have a post I can link up. xx
Fantastic thank you.
Loving this clarification Joy, a natural progression 🙂 x
Oh what a great focus for your linky!
This is a great idea Joy and what a lovely way to help give others some much needed support – they might need. I will definitely love to join in – wendy x
Great idea! I’d be interested to join in too x
