Sun Holidays Weekends that cost no more than £9.50pp (min 4 sharing) in Devon

Devon is a lovely part of the World but can bit a bit of a drive for some. Why not take advantage of the Sun’s £9.50 holidays and bag a weekend break (so not to clash with school/work time) in either North or South Devon. The Sun £9.50 holidays have a guarantee that some parks on selected dates would cost us (a family of 6) no more than £59.25 (booked online) for our holiday (that is £9.50 per person with a minimum of 4 sharing, plus our 2 extras and an online fee). With this in mind I worked out where we could go for this amount and when. I also asked around for any reviews on things to do in the area whilst we are there.

  1. These holidays are absolutely fantastic value for money! As a family of 6 we have not been away for nearly 3 years so this is definitely something to look into. Thanks x

  2. It looks like a great place to stay, I have been to Cornwall but not Devon 🙂 Your little one looks to be having a lovely time in that rock pool, something they never grow out of.

  4. Sun holidays can be a bit of a hit or miss but when you opt for a place like devon or cornwall then you cant go wrong. We have been many times. Beautiful part of the world!

  5. That sounds great, I’ll definitely look into it, we’re looking to go on more ‘staycations’ this year, now that there will be 4 of us 🙂

  6. Devon is such a beautiful place and your post has me thinking of lovely long weekends away and windy costal walks… Might start looking for a holiday now! x

  7. I love Sun holidays and used to do them all the time. Same with Devon – there is no corner of it I don’t love. Me and fiancee have actually booked a sun holiday in a park near Kent for this April – just for a little bit of variety, and we’ve things we want to do in the area. I do think they can be really good value for money. I have been to the donkey sanctuary and it made me cry – poor donkeys – though lucky for them places like this exist. Only a 3 hour drive for me, and sun hols are coming round again, so we may just indulge in another later in the year 🙂 x

  8. I got a Sun holiday brochure through the post last week. We used to do them but we have boycotted the Sun in recent years – may have to get it again, just for a couple of weeks

  9. I would love to go on a sun holiday, do you know whether you need to prove the tokens or just know the code words?

    • I can’t imagine you have to prove it. You never have to book online with a priority reference. But this is the first time I’ve seen it done without one for first timers.
