Making things at home is not only cheaper but better for you. This recipe fed the 6 of us.
Heat some oil and fry some onion with a pinch of salt. Then add some chilli, ginger and garlic.
1 tsp turmeric
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 cinnamon stick
Cook for a few minutes until fragrant
Add the chicken and fry until it is cooked on all sides (turn with spatula)
Add tomatoes and peppers.
Move to a saucepan, add a splash of water, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Uncover, add the coriander and cook for a further 10 minutes
