It’s really dark this time of year quiet early on in the day. Luckily we have reflective jackets, which are compulsory when driving in France.
So we decided to take the children out on their bikes (and scooter).
Our 9 year old is just getting to grips with a bike bicycle. And of course a light is essential.
And it was nice to see the stars in the sky
It’s really important to be visible on the roads (adults and children alike), especially at this time of year.
this looks like a lot of fun! i bet the boys loved it x
It really is good to get the habits instilled as early as possible- it looks like you’ve done a great job of getting your boys to appreciate safety.
Looks like an excellent opportunity to get fresh air and some star spotting!
Sounds like you had a lovely time. It’s good you pointed out the importance of safety too.
Over from Country Kids x
I can’t agree more with the importance of being visible, in fact I dug out some reflectors to clip on to Bud’s coat the other day as it is black and makes him hard to spot in the dark. Glad the dark isn’t stopping you getting out.
Cant agree more with staying visible its really hard to see little ones in the dark
